The Happy Gang - July 2002

Several classmates got together for a garage party at Rodney Nottingham's in early July when John and Helen Thiel from Arizona came to town.
Back row, l-r: Judy (hirsch) Kober, Ken Richards, Gary Savage and Dick Mohr. Seated l-r: Judy(Franke) Vadala, Helen Thiel, Rod Nottingham getting chummy with Sandy(Norris)Stephenson and John Thiel.

New faces in the crowd - Susan Savage, seated on left and Linda Mohr, seated third from left, enjoy the evening's festivities with the group.

Gary Savage appears to be giving Judy (Franke) Vadala the boot, to the amusement of Judy (hirsch) Kober (standing) and Helen Thiel.

Yes, Judy Vadala is having a great time at the party. The couch is sooo comfortable!

Ken Richards is enjoying one of his "Lite-r" moments!

John Thiel and Dick Mohr share a "Lite-r" moment - quite different from Ken's!

"THAT'S not Vodka - it's only water - honest!" Sandy Stephenson says. Yeh, yeh, Sandy.... we can read!

Judy Kober, second from left and Judy Vadala, right, stop for a farewell shot with John and Helen Thiel.

"Did I ever tell you the one about...?" John Thiel asks Judy Kober.

Sandy Stephenson loads the fearsome "spud musket" as she and John Thiel prepare for night battle!

Dick Mohr looks up at his "spud musket" wondering where the smoke is coming from! Rodney is figuring out the mechanics of his complicated weapon.
Enemies of the Class of '61, duck or suffer the consequences!

The mosquitoes don't stand a chance when Rodney is on patrol.

Linda Mohr proudly shows off her vintage GTO, which is in mint condition.

Staunch Yankee fan Gary Savage proposes a toast to the 2001 World Series winners, the Arizona Diamondbacks. Gary you are a good sport!
